General Policy
Refund requests are reviewed based on the type of product or service purchased, fulfilment stage, payment confirmation status, and whether the item or service has already been delivered, activated, provisioned, or consumed.
Hardware Orders
Store purchases may qualify for review before dispatch. Once a hardware order has been shipped, delivered, specially sourced, or installed, refunds may be limited or unavailable unless the item is defective or the issue is caused by Primebit.
Managed Mining and Service Fees
Fees tied to provisioning, onboarding, consulting, deployment, hosting coordination, or already-rendered mining services are generally non-refundable after work has started or access has been granted.
Eligible Requests
Where a refund is considered, the request must be submitted promptly with the order reference, payment details, and a clear reason. Primebit may request additional information before approving, rejecting, or partially approving the claim.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment channel where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, or cryptocurrency settlement method involved.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If a payment is disputed or reversed while goods or services have already been delivered, Primebit may suspend account access, hold fulfilment, or provide further compliance documentation to resolve the matter.
